Description:The F&BO Staff will adhere to financial reporting structures for both revenue and earned value “light” reporting in a manner that allows for effective cost control. They will lead the coordination of financial estimates for Long Range Plan (LRP) and monthly financial outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, and Cash, as well as quarterly Contract Status Reviews (CSR). The F&BO Staff will be responsible for ensuring execution of the monthly estimate at complete process including evaluation of risks and opportunities, performing rate impact analysis and understanding impacts of changes on program baselines and EACs. This process will require close coordination with Program Management and contracts and schedule metrics.
Basic Qualifications:BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or MBA or Minimum 10+ years’ experience in accounting or finance in positions of increasing responsibility including supervisory experience
- Experience in managing programs utilizing Earned Value Management processes
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced challenging environment
- Proven abilities to effectively lead, motivate, and mentor a cross functional team
- Demonstrated analytic skills to identify complex problems and review related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement process initiatives
- Experience in developing executive level briefings
- Experience in SAP, wInsight, Primavera, COBRA, and Hyperion is preferred
- Experience in Billing
