PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

We, the new unit Customer Experience (CX) in the IT Services organization in the Global Business Operations board, expand and strengthen our organization in the area of customer-facing IT. The clear goal is to provide a seamless and superior customer experience. The CX unit consists of Digital Platforms and the Support Application teams. Digital Platforms provides SAP’s digital customer experience via sap.com and One Digital Experience. Support Applications ensures a unified and simplified customer support experience for example via the SAP ONE Support Launchpad. Furthermore, Web & Digital Services is part of the organizational unit and builds web-based and digital customer channels such as SAP Store.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

  • SAP Message Handling
  • SAP User Administration
  • Grand SAP Authorizations for different internal System
  • Working on our general support processes
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, how-to content and training materials
  • Close collaboration with SAP’s developers to maintain current product knowledge/updates
  • Understanding about application support tasks and processes

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Currently enrolled as Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Computer skills: Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Language skills: Good written and verbal skills in English and German
  • Soft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high level of commitment and reliability, working in a team, willingness to learn
  • Others: Strong analytical capabilities and process thinking, Highly motivated, can do attitude and result oriented
